Utility Payment System Update

Our new online payment site is now live. All customers who wish to access their utility account online will need to create a new online account and re-register in the new system.

To complete registration, customers will need their utility account number, which will be printed on their next utility bill and the last amount paid. 

Clearwater has 2 Online bill payment options:  

KanPay Credit/Debit Card Payments have a 2.5% fee added to each transaction.

For payments made through UB Online a 3.5% fee ($2.50 minimum) will be charged.
