Utility Payment System Update

Our new online payment site went live in May of 2026. All customers who wish to access their utility bill online will need to log into their account and select "Add Account".

Customers will need their NEW account number, which can be located on the utility bill. Customers will also need to know their last amount paid (NOTE: If your last payment was made via Credit or Debit card, you will need the amount applied to the account, not including the service fee).

Clearwater has 2 Online bill payment options:  

KanPay Credit/Debit Card Payments have a 2.5% fee added to each transaction.

For payments made through UB Online a 3.5% fee ($2.50 minimum) will be charged.
