Historical Museum

The Clearwater Historical Society was started in 1979. After ten years of fundraising, the museum was completed in November 1990. Within six years, nearly 8,000 items were placed in the museum.

Amenities

In the original part of the museum a "house" was created, which has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, bath, dining room, and parlor. There are many other attractions such as the:

• General Store
• Laundry Room
• Military Room
• School Room
• Summer Kitchen

The museum is equipped with restrooms, excellent lighting, air conditioning, and heating. It is handicap accessible. 

Tours/Hours

The museum is a great place for group tours or a quick visit. The Museum is open on Sundays from 1 to 4:00 PM or by appointment. Closed on Holiday weekends.
