UPDATE FROM THE MAYOR

I’d like to take this opportunity to welcome Jason Gordon as a member of the Clearwater City Council. He was sworn in last night at the council meeting by our City Clerk, Jaye Poe. Jason will fill the recently vacated council seat opened with the resignation of Crystal Walter. Jason, originally from San Diego, California moved to Kansas in 2003 and to Clearwater in 2012. He and his wife, JoAnn have seven adult children and seven grandchildren. He is the owner of Gordon Designed Homes, a remodeling company specializing in custom cabinetry and woodworking. Jason will complete the vacated term through December 2025. He has registered as a candidate in the upcoming November election for a full term on city council. Please join me in welcoming Jason to the governing body.
