All customers will need to create a new online billing account as part of the new utility billing system that went live in May.

Your new account number will be included on your bill, this is different from the previous Location ID. When registering your online account, you will need:

• Your new account number
• Your last payment amount

PLEASE NOTE: THIS WILL HAVE NO AFFECT ON THOSE WHO ARE SIGNED UP FOR AUTOMATIC DRAFT.
