🚧 Notice: Sewer Line Cleaning – November 7–10 🚧
Meyer Specialty Services will be conducting a sewer cleanout from November 7 through November 10.
The highlighted areas on the map show where cleaning will take place.
During the cleaning process, air pressure or a partial vacuum can occasionally build up in the sewer lines. Normally, this pressure is released safely through your home’s plumbing vents.
However, if your home has inadequate venting (such as missing, undersized, or blocked vents), you might experience:
-
Air pressure escaping through toilets, floor drains, sinks, tubs, or showers, which could cause water to splash out; or
-
A vacuum effect that could draw water out of drain traps, possibly leading to unpleasant sewer odors.
These effects are temporary and not harmful, but we wanted to make you aware in advance.
If you notice any issues or have concerns, please contact Meyer Specialty Services for assistance.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
