Utility Payment System Update

The City of Clearwater online utility payment system is currently offline as we transition to a new software system.

Our new online payment site is expected to be available on Monday, May 18. Once the new system is live, all customers who wish to access their utility account online will need to create a new online account and re-register in the new system.

To complete registration, customers will need their utility account number, which will be printed on their next utility bill.

In the meantime, utility payments can still be made by the following methods:

• Online through the KanPay payment link
• By phone with a debit or credit card
• In person or by drop box at City Hall

(Note: With a credit card payment there will be a 2.5% fee applied)
