30-Year Anniversary

We have the privilege of celebrating 30 Years of dedication to the City of Clearwater by Deputy City Clerk, Carol Reitberger.

On September 3, 1996, Carol started out as a part-time front office clerk. I am sure she could not have imagined all those years ago that one day we would be standing here celebrating 30 years of service and commitment with the City.

Over the past 30 years Carol has seen many changes, most of the changes in 2026. She has worked with different employees, Council Members, 6 Mayors, 7 City Clerks, board members and community members. Through all of those changes, she has remained a familiar face and an important part of the City.

Carol is the proud mother of 2 daughters and grandmother to five grandchildren, who bring her happiness. She is married to our Pool Manager, Chuck Reitberger, who also has served as our pool Manager since 1995.

Together, they have dedicated many years of their lives to serving and being involved in Clearwater.

Carol, we want you to know how much we appreciate your dedication and commitment over the past 30 years. You always bring positive energy to those you work with. Thank you for everything you have done and will continue to do.

It is truly an honor to recognize you for your 30 years of dedication!
