July 1 &amp; 2: 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
July 3 &amp; 4: 10:00 a.m. to Midnight

The City of Clearwater reminds residents that fireworks may only be sold and discharged during the times authorized by City ordinance.

July 1 & 2: 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
July 3 & 4: 10:00 a.m. to Midnight

Fireworks Sales

Licensed retail fireworks sales are permitted beginning on the first date authorized by the Kansas State Fire Marshal through July 2, between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Sales must comply with all City licensing requirements.

The City encourages everyone to celebrate responsibly by following all local regulations, using fireworks only during the permitted hours, supervising children, and properly disposing of used fireworks after they have completely cooled.
