S.E.N.I.O.R.S.

S.E.N.I.O.R.S. is a free cooperative service between Law Enforcement, TRIAD, and the Senior and/or Disabled citizens of Sedgwick County.  Through the use of a secure database, the S.E.N.I.O.R.S. program allows Law Enforcement and other Emergency Services the ability to

  • inform other Emergency Responders of prescribed medication(s)
  • Make contact with a Physician

Participation is voluntary and can be terminated at any time by the member. With your registration, a decal will be provided to indicate membership. You will also be provided with a card to carry.

Simply fill out the S.E.N.I.O.R.S. Application Form(PDF) and bring it to the Clearwater Police Department.

If you have any questions, please call us at 620-584-2349 or stop by. We will be happy to help.
